Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Moshi (Hotel Stay & Briefing)
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Moshi. Meet your mountain guide, review the gear checklist, and get fully prepped for the climb.

Day 2 – Trek Begins: Marangu Gate (1,870m) → Mandara Hut (2,700m)

Begin your journey at Marangu Gate (1,870m). Hike through lush rainforest filled with birds and colobus monkeys. Optional afternoon walk to Maundi Crater.

Day 3 – Mandara Hut → Horombo Hut (3,720m)

Day 5 – Horombo Hut → Kibo Hut (4,700m)

Cross the alpine desert as you approach the base of Kilimanjaro at Kibo Hut (4,700m). Early dinner and sleep before the midnight summit push.

Day 6 – SUMMIT DAY: Kibo Hut → Uhuru Peak (5,895m) → Horombo Hut
Summit Day! Kibo → Uhuru Peak → Horombo
Begin your climb under the stars, reaching Gilman’s Point, Stella Point, and finally Uhuru Peak (5,895m) at sunrise—The Roof of Africa. Celebrate briefly, then descend back to Horombo Hut.
