Our cancellation policy depends on the tour type. Generally: cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the following:
- 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus an admin fee.
- 30-59 days before travel: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: No refund.
- Refunds for changes or cancellations due to third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) are governed by their policies.
We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
